Returns

We do not accept returns as our products are custom printed and cannot be reused.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis and only in the event of printer error. We do not issue refunds once an order has been printed. We print orders very quickly, so please ensure your file is correct before submitting it. We may reprint your order if there is an issue.

For FedEx deliveries, we cannot ensure your order will arrive by a certain date/time. We will not issue a refund if your order is delayed by FedEx. Please allow enough time to ensure on time FedEx delivery based on the estimated delivery time at checkout.
